Disclaimer
This page explains the scope and limits of responsibility for these docs. Last updated: 2026-10.
What this documentation is
These docs are a general, provider-agnostic reference for connecting AI coding tools such as Codex, Claude Code, OpenCode and GitHub Copilot CLI to official APIs, self-hosted compatible gateways or third-party compatible services.
KunCode appears in some examples only as a reference service, to make the steps easier to follow. You do not need to sign up for or use KunCode to use these docs. You can substitute any compatible service; the general configuration approach stays the same.
Not professional advice
These docs provide technical configuration and troubleshooting reference only. They are not legal, financial, security or other professional advice. For questions about cost, billing, compliance or data handling, evaluate them yourself and consult a professional where appropriate.
Use at your own risk
- Commands, configuration and steps in these docs are reference material. Before running anything, confirm what it does and what it affects, and make backups.
- You are responsible for any cost, quota usage, data loss, broken configuration, service interruption, account compromise or key leakage that results from following these docs.
- Never paste a real API key into an untrusted environment. Key creation, permissions, rotation and revocation are governed by your service provider.
- Before letting an AI install software, change configuration or run commands automatically, confirm what it is about to do.
Third-party services and external links
- API addresses, models, prices, quotas, rate limits, availability and support policies mentioned here are decided by the relevant provider and may change at any time. Always confirm against the provider's official pages.
- These docs may lag behind the current version of a tool or service. We make no guarantee about completeness, accuracy, timeliness or fitness for a particular purpose.
- External links are provided for convenience. We do not endorse, guarantee or vouch for the content, security, availability or services of any third-party site.
- Third-party tools, platforms and trademarks mentioned here belong to their respective owners. Apart from KunCode, these docs have no affiliation, agency, partnership or endorsement relationship with those owners.
- These docs are maintained by KunCode, but the content is not tied to KunCode. KunCode appears only as an optional configuration example, on equal footing with the other services mentioned.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the authors and contributors of these docs are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, this documentation.
